1. Introduction

Welcome to Prism Analytics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Prism Analytics, a Prism Analytics employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4. Payment & Subscription

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in India, which will be added to your invoice where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Prism Analytics and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Prism Analytics.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prism Analytics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
